Site Manager – Care Home Project We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee the delivery of a new-build care home / assisted living development in Lincoln, Lincolnshire This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and highly organised construction professional with a strong background in managing healthcare, assisted living, or care home projects. Key Responsibilities * Manage day-to-day site operations from groundworks through to completion * Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams to ensure works are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard * Ensure strict adherence to health & safety regulations and company procedures * Monitor programme progress and proactively resolve site issues * Liaise with project stakeholders including consultants, subcontractors, and senior management * Maintain quality control and ensure works meet specification and regulatory requirements * Oversee site documentation, reporting, and compliance records Requirements * Proven experience as a Site Manager/Senior Site Manager on care home, assisted living, or healthcare construction projects * Strong knowledge of UK construction regulations and health & safety standards * Experience managing subcontractors and coordinating multiple trades * Excellent organisational and communication skills * Valid SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications * Ability to drive programme delivery while maintaining quality and safety Project Details * New-build care home / assisted living development * Location: Lincoln * Competitive package available depending on experience * Freelancing opportunities welcome If you are an experienced Senior/Site Manager with relevant healthcare or assisted living project experience and are interested in learning more, please apply with your CV for a confidential discussion
