Site Manager - Maidstone We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee a CAT A/B fit-out project based in Maidstone, Kent. This is a great opportunity for a reliable and self-sufficient Site Manager who is confident running a project independently, with minimal supervision. Key Responsibilities: Day-to-day site management of a £750k fit-out project Ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard Maintaining strict Health & Safety compliance (a top priority) Coordinating subcontractors and site activities Reporting progress and managing site documentationRequirements: Proven experience managing CAT A/B fit-out projects Strong ability to work independently and take ownership of the site Excellent Health & Safety knowledge and track recordEssential Certifications: SMSTS First Aid Fire Marshal CSCS CardAdditional Info: Candidates must be local to Maidstone, KentStart Date: Monday 30th Duration: 10 Weeks Project Value: £750k Project Type: CAT A/B Fit Out
