Site Manager

CNX Recruitment are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Construction Fit-Out Site Manager to oversee a short-term project based in Motherwell. This is a 4-week contract role, ideal for a hands-on Site Manager with strong fit-out experience who can hit the ground running and ensure the project is delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard. Key Responsibilities * Manage day-to-day site operations for the duration of the fit-out project * Coordinate subcontractors and site personnel to maintain programme deadlines * Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with health & safety regulations * Monitor quality of workmanship and ensure project standards are met * Conduct site inductions and toolbox talks * Liaise with the client, contractors, and suppliers as required * Maintain accurate site records and reporting Requirements * Proven experience as a Site Manager within construction fit-out projects * Valid SMSTS certification * CSCS Card (Black or Gold preferred) * First Aid at Work certification * Strong leadership and organisational skills * Ability to manage subcontractors and deliver projects within tight timescales What’s On Offer * Short-term 4-week contract * Competitive hourly rate * Opportunity to work with an established client on a well-run project How to Apply If you are an experienced Fit-Out Site Manager available for an immediate start in Motherwell, we would like to hear from you.
