Job Title: Site Manager

Project: CAT B Office Fit-Out - Toilet Refurbishment, Fire Compartment Glazing & Internal Works

Location: Newcastle

Start: 03/07

Duration: 8 Weeks

Pay: £260.00 per day

Working Pattern:

Mon-Fri (July)
Thu-Mon (August)Project Value: £1.5M

Essential Requirements:

SMSTS
CSCS Black/White Card
First Aid
Experience Required:

Strong CAT A/B fit-out background
Live environment experience preferred
Strong H&S, programme and subcontractor management skillsDuties:

Full site management responsibility
H&S, RAMS, inductions & toolbox talks
Subcontractor coordination
Progress reporting & site diaries
Quality control and programme delivery
