Apply NowMy client are a national civil engineering contractor who are currently seeking a Site Manager to help deliver water infrastructure works in Northampton, with an immediate start available. The successful candidate must have previous experience working on water projects and a strong civil engineering background.
Site Manager Responsibilities:
* Managing day-to-day site operations on water schemes.
* Supervising site teams and subcontractors.
* Overseeing civil engineering works on water infrastructure projects.
* Liaising with the client and project management team.
* Delivering toolbox talks and ensuring health and safety compliance.
* Managing RAMS, permits and site documentation.
* Coordinating labour, plant and materials.
* Monitoring quality and ensuring works are delivered to programme.
Site Manager Requirements:
* Black or Gold CSCS.
* SMSTS.
* Previous experience working on water or water treatment schemes.
* Strong civil engineering background.
* Experience managing site teams and subcontractors.
* Good understanding of RAMS, health and safety and quality procedures.
* IT literate.
* Full UK driving licence.
