Site Manager – Whitewall Systems (5 Month FTC (Could go Perm)) Location: Northamptonshire (Site Based) Sector: Specialist Industrial Installation / Cold Storage Construction Contract: Temporary The Opportunity A specialist contractor is looking to appoint a Site Manager to oversee installation works on a cold storage project in Northamptonshire. This role will focus on the installation of specialist whitewall panel systems within an industrial environment. You’ll be responsible for managing installation teams and subcontractors while ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently and in line with programme requirements. Role Overview You will be responsible for: * Managing the day-to-day installation of whitewall panel systems * Supervising site operatives and subcontractors * Coordinating installation activities in line with programme requirements * Ensuring the correct sequencing of installation works * Maintaining communication with the Project Manager on site progress * Ensuring strict adherence to site health & safety procedures * Monitoring installation quality and compliance with project drawings * Coordinating site logistics and materials delivery * Reporting project progress and supporting quality assurance and handover About You * Experience supervising construction or installation works on site * Background in fit-out, partitioning, cladding, or panel systems * Strong understanding of construction site operations and safety procedures * Ability to manage installation teams and subcontractors * Excellent organisational and communication skills Desirable experience * Cold room installation projects * Working in live environments such as food manufacturing or pharmaceutical facilities Company Profile You will be joining a specialist contractor delivering highly technical installation projects across the UK.
