Location: Nottingham
Duration: 4 Weeks
We are currently looking for an experienced Freelance Site Manager for an immediate start on a social housing project in Nottingham.
This is 4-weeks working on occupied social housing properties, so previous social housing experience is essential and experience working within live/tenanted buildings is highly preferred.
Requirements:
Previous social housing experience essential
Experience working in occupied/live buildings preferred
Strong organisational and communication skills
Ability to manage subcontractors and programme on site
Good understanding of health & safety procedures
Must Have:
SMSTS
CSCS Card
First Aid at Work
Duties:
Day-to-day site management
Managing trades and subcontractors
Ensuring H&S compliance
Coordinating works within occupied properties
Reporting progress to the project team
Maintaining quality and programme deadlines
Immediate start available for the right candidate.
