Reginald Gray is seeking a Site Manager for a well-established principal contractor with a £30M turnover. The business operate across sectors including private and public residential, education, commercial, industrial, healthcare, and leisure. Key Responsibilities: * Oversee all on-site activities and ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget * Manage trades and sub-contractors, ensuring compliance with H&S regulations * Monitor progress, quality, and programme performance * Maintain clear communication with project teams and clients Requirements: * Proven experience as a Site Manager in similar projects * Broad knowledge across multiple sectors and construction methods * Strong leadership, organisational, and problem-solving skills
