Site Manager

We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager with a strong carpentry background to oversee a fire door installation project. This role requires a hands-on manager who understands fire door compliance, quality control, and can effectively manage site operations to ensure works are delivered safely, on time, and to the required standard. Key Responsibilities: * Oversee day-to-day site operations on a fire door installation project * Supervise and coordinate carpenters and subcontractors * Ensure all fire doors are installed in line with current regulations and manufacturer specifications * Maintain high standards of health & safety and site compliance * Conduct site inspections and quality checks * Provide regular progress updates via email and Excel reports * Manage and update documentation using the Riskbase App * Liaise with clients, residents, and project stakeholders Requirements: * ✅ SMSTS * ✅ CSCS Card * ✅ Carpentry NVQ / Strong Carpentry Background * ✅ First Aid at Work * ✅ Asbestos Awareness * ✅ Competent using Email & Excel for reporting * ✅ Access to personal laptop or iPad * ✅ Ability to update and manage the Riskbase App Ideal Candidate: * Previous experience managing fire door installation projects * Strong knowledge of fire safety regulations and compliance * Excellent organisational and communication skills * Ability to manage programmes and deliver works to tight deadlines If you are a proactive Site Manager with a carpentry background and fire door experience, we would like to hear from you
