Site Manager
Key Responsibilities of the Site Manager:
* Managing daily site activities and labour resources
* Coordinating drylining, ceiling, SFS, plastering, and associated trades
* Ensuring projects are delivered in line with programme requirements
* Maintaining high standards of health and safety on site
* Conducting site inductions, toolbox talks, and safety inspections
* Monitoring quality control and ensuring works meet specification standards
* Liaising with clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams
* Managing materials, deliveries, and site logistics
* Producing site reports and progress updates
* Identifying and resolving site issues efficiently
Requirements of the Site Manager:
* Proven experience as a Site Manager within drylining, interiors, fit-out or specialist subcontracting
* Strong knowledge of drylining systems, partitions, ceilings and interior finishes
* Excellent organisational and communication skills
* Ability to manage multiple trades and maintain programme targets
* SMSTS qualification (essential)
* CSCS Card (essential)
* First Aid at Work qualification (preferred)
* Full UK Driving Licence
