Site Manager – Fit Out & Internal Works Location: Wendover, Buckinghamshire Start: ASAP Duration: Long-Term Project Rate: Strong / Competitive (DOE) We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to join a long-term scheme in Wendover, overseeing fit out and internal works on a live construction environment. This is an excellent opportunity to join an established project with a strong pipeline of works ahead. Key Responsibilities: * Managing internal fit out packages * Coordinating subcontractors and daily site operations * Ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme and to specification * Managing works within a live environment, maintaining site safety and operational continuity * Liaising with project management, subcontractors and stakeholders * Maintaining quality control and site documentation Requirements: * Proven experience as a Site Manager delivering fit out / internal works * Strong experience working in live environments, and working with the public * Excellent subcontractor management and coordination skills * Valid SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid * Strong health & safety awareness and site leadership What’s on Offer: * Long-term opportunity on a secure project * Strong day rates available * Immediate start for the right candidate If you are an experienced Site Manager available to start immediately, please apply with your CV or contact us for further details
