Site Manager Location: Birmingham Start Date: ASAP Duration: 12 Weeks (Temp to Perm Opportunity) Rate: £260 per day Site Manager - Roofing Repairs - Social Housing - Birmingham I'm working with a large contractor delivering roofing repair works across local authority and social housing properties in Birmingham. They are looking to appoint an experienced Site Manager to oversee roofing refurbishment and repair projects within occupied residential environments. The Role: Day-to-day management of roofing repair works across social housing properties Coordinating subcontractors and roofing teams on site Ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and to specification Managing works within occupied properties Monitoring quality of installations and repairs Liaising with residents, client representatives, and internal teams Maintaining site records, reports, and H&S documentation Key Requirements: Proven experience managing roofing projects Experience working on local authority / social housing refurbishment contracts Ability to manage works within occupied environments Strong organisational and communication skills SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid essential Initial 12-week contract with the opportunity to go temp to perm for the right candidate
