Working alongside the site management team, you'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the site office, providing administrative support, coordinating communications and maintaining accurate project records throughout this flagship scheme.

What you'll be doing
* Managing the day-to-day administration of the site office, ensuring it operates efficiently
* Welcoming visitors, coordinating reception duties and maintaining site access records
* Managing correspondence, shared inboxes, site communications and meeting arrangements
* Maintaining accurate project documentation, administrative records and delivery logs
* Ordering office supplies, PPE and consumables while coordinating deliveries and facilities support
* Providing administrative support to the project leadership team, assisting with reports, meetings and presentations
* Supporting health & safety administration, compliance records and general office procedures
What we're looking for
* Previous experience in a Site Administrator or construction administration role
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy project environment
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word and Excel
* Excellent communication skills with a professional and customer-focused approach
