Job Advert - Site Superintendent (Structural Steel) Location: Texas (Hybrid - Travel Required) Job ID: 2093 Sector: Construction | Structural Steel / Commercial Projects Salary: $100,000 per annum (negotiable depending on experience) We are partnering with a leading construction and structural steel specialist to recruit a Site Superintendent. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing team delivering complex and high-profile projects across Texas and beyond. This hybrid, client-facing role will see you take ownership of site operations, working closely with general contractors and project stakeholders to deliver structural steel and steel frame construction projects safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. You will play a key role across the full project lifecycle, from pre-construction and bidding through to delivery and completion. Key Responsibilities Lead on-site construction activities across multiple projects Act as the main point of contact for clients and contractors Coordinate with general contractors and subcontractors Manage project schedules, programmes, and timelines Support bid submissions and pre-construction planning Lead site meetings, progress updates, and stakeholder communications Ensure compliance with health and safety standards Review and interpret drawings and technical specifications Monitor quality and progress of structural steel installations Minimum Qualifications Proven experience in a Site Superintendent or similar role Strong experience in structural steel or steel frame construction Experience working with general contractors on commercial projects Competency in IT systems, scheduling, and project reporting Ability to read and interpret technical drawings Strong communication and client-facing skills Willingness to travel as required Desirable Skills Experience working on stadium or large-scale infrastructure projects Familiarity with design software and drawing production Experience in pre-construction and bid support What's on Offer Competitive salary, commensurate with experience Hybrid working model with travel opportunities Exposure to high-profile and complex projects Opportunity for career progression within a growing organisation Supportive and collaborative working environment For further details, or to apply now, please follow the link provided.
