We're looking for an experienced Site Supervisor 👷♂️ to join a leading Facilities Management company supporting a major manufacturing site in Coventry. This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of day-to-day operations, ensuring all hard FM services are delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with client expectations.
Working alongside engineering teams and subcontractors 👷♀️🤝👷♂️, you will play a key role in maintaining compliance, driving operational performance, and supporting continuous improvement across the site.
🔧 What you'll be doing:
✔️ Supervising on-site engineering and FM teams 👷♂️👷♀️
✔️ Coordinating PPM, reactive maintenance, and compliance activities 📋
✔️ Allocating workloads and ensuring service delivery targets are achieved ✅
✔️ Managing subcontractors and overseeing permit-to-work procedures 📝
✔️ Maintaining strict Health & Safety standards and safe systems of work 🦺
✔️ Supporting audits, inspections, and ensuring accurate reporting and documentation 💻
✔️ Acting as the main point of contact for site stakeholders and maintaining strong client relationships 🤝
✔️ Driving continuous improvement initiatives and operational efficiency 📈
✔️ Supporting the smooth operation of a busy manufacturing facility 🏭
👷 What we're looking for:
⭐ Essential:
🔧 Previous experience in a Supervisory role within Facilities Management, Engineering, or Building Services
📋 Strong understanding of hard FM services and compliance requirements
🦺 Good knowledge of Health & Safety legislation and safe working practices
👷 Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple priorities
🤝 Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
📈 Organised, proactive, and solutions-focused approach
⭐ Desirable:
🏭 Experience within manufacturing or industrial environments
🔧 Knowledge of building services maintenance
📊 Experience supporting continuous improvement initiatives
