Site Supervisor

Supervisor / Foreman – Social Housing Refurbishment Brighouse £210–£230 per day (DOE) Ongoing Role | Strong Pipeline of Future Work We are recruiting for an experienced Supervisor / Foreman to join a leading contractor delivering a social housing refurbishment scheme in Brighouse. This is an ongoing position with a strong possibility of follow-on work across upcoming schemes in the region. The Role You will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day site operations on a live social housing refurbishment project, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard of quality. The scheme primarily involves: * Kitchen replacements * Window replacements * Retrofit and internal refurbishment works Key Responsibilities * Supervising subcontractors and direct labour on site * Coordinating works in occupied properties * Ensuring H&S compliance and maintaining site standards * Managing programme and quality control * Liaising with residents, client representatives, and site management team Requirements * Proven experience supervising social housing refurbishment projects * Ideally experience on kitchen and window replacement schemes or similar retrofit works * Valid CSCS Card * SMSTS or SSSTS (essential) * First Aid at Work (preferred) * Strong organisational and communication skills * Experience working in occupied properties What’s on Offer * £210–£230 per day (depending on experience) * Ongoing contract * Strong pipeline of future local schemes * Opportunity to work with a well-established, leading contractor If you are an experienced Supervisor / Foreman with a background in social housing refurbishments and are looking for ongoing work with future opportunities, we’d like to hear from you
