The Company
A Leading Civil Engineering organisation is a seeking a Site Supervisor to join their team on their major Substation project. The organisation delivers various infrastructure sectors across the UK and Europe. This is an exhilarating time to join this employer, as they upgrade and provide reinforcement of the electricity transmission network on the Argyll peninsula.
The Role
As the Site Supervisor, you will be supervising construction activities on Power Transmission & Distribution projects, ensuring the safe and efficient delivery of the works.
You will be leading daily briefings; toolbox talks and workforce communications whilst also supporting the delivery of construction activities in line with programme requirements.
As the Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for the coordinating plant, materials and labour resources to support project delivery, reviewing and implementing safe systems of work, RAMS and work packs, whilst monitoring progress and escalating risks, issues and delays where required.
About You
You will be an experienced Supervisor within construction activities for Substation works.
You will hold your;
CSCS
SMSTS / SSSTS
Full UK Driving License
Package
Salary up to £57,000 per annum
Site Allowance of between £4,000 to £8,000 per annum (depending on distance from site.)
Company Vehicle
Food & Accommodation allowance of £53.97 a day (c£14k per annum)
Overtime available for weekends, paid at £340 a day
25 days annual leave + bank holidays
Company Pension Scheme
Private Health cover for you and your family
