Site Supervisor

Concrete Repair Foreman / Supervisor Location: UK (project-based) Duration: 6 Month Contract Rate: Competitive (DOE) We are currently seeking an experienced Concrete Repair Foreman / Supervisor for a hands-on contract role lasting approximately 3–5 months. This position will suit someone with strong experience in concrete repair works who is comfortable both supervising site operations and actively contributing to the work on site. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring repairs are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the required quality standards. Key Responsibilities * Supervising and coordinating site teams carrying out concrete repair works * Taking a hands-on role where required to support delivery of works * Delivering site briefings and toolbox talks * Managing and completing site paperwork * Ensuring works are completed in accordance with RAMS and health & safety procedures * Liaising with site management and subcontractors to maintain progress on site Requirements * Proven experience in concrete repair projects (essential) * Experience supervising site teams or working as a Foreman / Supervisor * Ability to manage RAMS, site paperwork and briefings * Valid CSCS card * SSSTS or SMSTS * Full UK Driving Licence Desirable * First Aid qualification * Experience on civil engineering or structural repair projects Contract Details * 3–5 month contract * Immediate or short notice start preferred If you have experience delivering concrete repair works and are looking for your next contract opportunity, we would like to hear from you
