Site Supervisor

Hampshire | 3-Month Contract | £300 per day

We are recruiting for an experienced Site Supervisor to join a leading national Facilities Management and Infrastructure provider delivering refurbishment, maintenance and capital projects across water and utility sites throughout Hampshire

This is an excellent opportunity for a Site Supervisor with experience delivering construction or infrastructure projects in live operational environments. You'll oversee day-to-day site activities, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme and to the highest quality standards.

The Role

You will be responsible for supervising a variety of projects with values ranging from £50,000 to £600,000, including refurbishment, roofing and office fit-out works across multiple operational sites.

Key Responsibilities

* Supervise day-to-day site operations across multiple construction projects.

* Manage subcontractors and ensure works are delivered safely, efficiently and to programme.

* Ensure full compliance with health & safety legislation and company procedures.

* Carry out site inspections, toolbox talks and maintain accurate site records.

* Coordinate project activities with clients, stakeholders and operational teams.

* Monitor quality, programme and productivity throughout project delivery.

* Identify and resolve site issues to minimise delays and maintain project performance.

* Support the Project Manager with progress reporting and project documentation.

* Ensure works are completed in accordance with relevant regulations and industry standards.

Requirements

* Previous experience as a Site Supervisor or Site Manager delivering construction or refurbishment projects.

* Experience managing projects within live operational environments is highly desirable.

* Full UK Driving Licence (essential).

* Black CSCS Card

* SMSTS

* 3-Day First Aid at Work

* Asbestos Awareness

* Temporary Works Coordinator

Desirable

* EUSR Blue Card (National Water Hygiene)
