Ski Sales Consultant Role and Responsibilities

Create bespoke ski holidays tailored to each customer’s preferences

Providing expert advice on resorts, accommodation and travel options

Managing enquiries via phone, email and online channels, converting leads into confirmed bookings

Building strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat bookings and referrals

Keeping up to date with product knowledge, resort developments and industry trends

Ski Sales Consultant Skills and Experience Required

A genuine passion for skiing and the mountains

Previous experience in travel sales, ski travel or a customer facing role (preferred but not essential)

Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly

Excellent organisation and attention to detail

Ability to work well under pressure during peak booking periods
