Skilled Labourer

We are seeking an experienced and reliable Skilled Labourer to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in construction or manual work, with the ability to confidently use a wide range of hand tools and assist with various site tasks. This role requires practical skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

* Carry out general labouring duties on site

* Safely and efficiently use a variety of hand tools and basic power tools

* Assist tradespeople with tasks such as measuring, cutting, and assembling materials

* Prepare and maintain work areas, including cleaning and organising tools and materials

* Load and unload materials and equipment as required

* Follow health and safety regulations at all times

* Complete tasks to a high standard within set deadlines

Requirements

* Proven experience as a skilled labourer or in a similar role

* Confident using hand tools (e.g. hammers, saws, drills, levels, etc.)

* Good practical skills and attention to detail

* Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently

* Physically fit and able to carry out manual tasks

* Strong work ethic and reliability

* CSCS card (preferred/required depending on role)

Desirable Skills

* Experience in construction, carpentry, or a trade

* Basic knowledge of building processes and materials

* Ability to read basic plans or drawings

* Experience using power tools
