Skilled Labourer – Manufacturing Environment Location: Jackdale, NG16 Hours: 7:00am – 5:30pm, Full Time – Permanent Pay: £14.50 - with monthly bonuses Orbital Recruitment are seeking a reliable Skilled Labourer to join a busy precision engineering facility. This role supports production and ensures the workshop runs smoothly, assisting manual machinists and helping maintain a clean and organized environment. Key Responsibilities * Operate overhead cranes and forklifts safely * Prepare and deliver metal components for manual machinists * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse and workshop * Assist with general production tasks as required * Make and serve beverages for the team * Follow health & safety procedures at all times Candidate Requirements * Experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment preferred * Ability to operate overhead cranes and forklifts (FLT) * Physically fit and able to handle metal components * Reliable, punctual, and a team player * Flexible and willing to take on varied tasks Pay & Benefits * £14.50 per hour + monthly bonuses * Permanent / ongoing work * Supportive and structured team environment * Opportunities to develop skills in manufacturing
