Stridden Limited are recruiting for an experienced Slinger Banksman – All Duties for a construction project in Wolverhampton, starting tomorrow.
Key Duties
Carrying out all Slinger/Signaller duties on site
Slinging and signalling for a variety of lifting operations
Safely attaching, securing and detaching loads
Directing crane and plant operators using recognised signals and radio communication
Assisting with the safe movement, positioning and landing of loads
Working in accordance with lift plans, RAMS and site procedures
Maintaining safe exclusion zones during lifting operations
Working closely with crane operators and the wider site team
Requirements
Valid CPCS Blue Slinger/Signaller – All Duties card
Must be competent and experienced across all duties
Previous experience working on busy construction sites
Strong knowledge of lifting operations and site safety
Full PPE
Must be available to start tomorrow
References for previous Slinger/Signaller work
