This is a great opportunity for a Construction Manager looking to step into a more client-facing project management role with full ownership of projects.
The Role
Manage multiple small works / refurbishment projects up to £150k
Client-facing – building and managing relationships
Coordinate subcontractors and ensure smooth delivery
Oversee projects from start to finish What’s On Offer
Up to £60k salary + commission/bonus
