Social Media Manager
London / Hybrid
Our client is a a fast‑growing talk‑radio and social‑first content business (video, podcasts and digital). With a National DAB launch planned for 2026, they are scaling fast and building a next‑generation broadcaster.
They are now looking for a Social Media Manager to own their social strategy across Instagram, TikTok, X and YouTube—driving growth, shaping content, and building platform partnerships.
What you’ll do
* Set the social roadmap and weekly priorities across key platforms
* Turn live shows into repeatable, platform‑native formats
* Lead creative direction (hooks, captions, packaging)—supported by in‑house video editors/producers
* Build relationships with platform partner teams and use insight to drive growth
* Own reporting, testing and optimisation (content + audience)
* Partner with Sales/Brand Partnerships to deliver measurable campaigns and ROI
* Collaborate closely with presenters and producers; help grow the team over time
What we’re looking for
* 3+ years in a senior social role (platform, top‑tier agency, or creator/media business)
* Strong knowledge of platform mechanics, optimisation and monetisation
* Track record driving organic growth at scale
* Experience delivering sponsored/branded social campaigns
* Confident with analytics, reporting and insight‑led decision making
* Existing relationships with platform partner managers
* Experience launching/scaling social IP or media brands
* Broadcast, podcast, or audio‑led content experience
