Sociology, Textiles & Functional Skills Maths tutor (HP23)

The successful candidate will deliver a total of 6 hours of tuition per week, supporting a student across the following subjects:

2 hours of Sociology

2 hours of Textiles

2 hours of Functional Skills Maths

This role would suit a tutor who is patient, adaptable, and confident delivering engaging, tailored sessions that support a student's individual learning needs. Experience working with young people and the ability to build a positive rapport is essential.

Location: HP23

Start Date: September

Hours: 6 hours per week (2 hours per subject)

Subjects: Sociology, Textiles, Functional Skills Maths

Pay: £25-£30 per hour (depending on experience)

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

Experience tutoring or teaching one or more of the listed subjects

Strong communication and organisational skills

The ability to plan engaging and supportive sessions

An enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)
