What you’ll be doing
You’ll be right in the thick of it, writing clean code, solving real problems, and shipping features that matter.
Building and improving core platform features
Developing APIs, backend services & databases
Debugging properly (root cause, not quick fixes)
Working in a tight Agile team delivering real sprint value
Contributing ideas to the future roadmap (your voice matters here)
Collaborating with Devs, Testers & BAs to get things done
This is a fully hands-on role, you’re expected to code, think, and contribute.
Tech stack (what you’ll be using)
C# / .NET Core / .NET 6
ASP.NET MVC
Web APIs
SQL Server
JavaScript / HTML
What we’re looking for
Solid experience with .NET and backend development
Someone who can solve problems without hand-holding
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, delivery-focused team
Strong communicator, can explain what you’re building and why
A proactive mindset (you don’t wait to be told what to do)

Up to £55k salary
10% bonus (paid consistently year after year)
