My client is hiring a seasoned Software Engineering Manager to help shape the next generation of products. You will lead a multi-disciplinary team across Embedded Software, Application Development, DevOps, and Testing.
Software Engineering Manager - Essential Experience Required:
10+ years in software engineering, including embedded systems and software-enabled products.
5+ years leading teams that span several disciplines, ideally through growth and change.
Strong software architecture for embedded C/C++ and RTOS, and for connected products.
Solid exposure to Cloud/DevOps technology including Azure, Docker, Kubernetes, CICD.
Experience with test automation, secure development practices and Agile delivery.
Software Engineering Manager - Desirable Experience Required:
Experience in regulated environments like automotive, aerospace, or medical devices.
Experience growing teams and scaling software functions.
Experience in IoT or cloud connected products.
