Sous Chef
Key Responsibilities
Support the Head Chef with daily kitchen operations
Lead service and ensure high standards of food quality and presentation
Assist with stock control, ordering, and minimising wastage
Maintain food hygiene and health & safety standards
Supervise and support junior team members
Requirements
Previous experience at Sous Chef or strong Chef de Partie level
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong leadership and communication skills
Flexibility with shifts, including evenings and weekends
