Full Job Description Sous Chef – Pizza Restaurant (Fresh Dough) Full Time – 40 Hours We are recruiting a Sous Chef / Pizza Chef for a busy, high-volume pizza restaurant known for its fresh dough, fast service, and consistently great food. This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on Sous Chef or an experienced Pizza Chef ready to step up, who enjoys working in a fast-paced kitchen where quality and speed are equally important. The Role * Supporting the Head Chef in the day-to-day running of the kitchen * Preparing and cooking fresh pizza dough and ingredients from scratch * Maintaining high standards during busy service periods * Managing kitchen prep, stock control, and food safety * Helping to train, develop, and support the kitchen team What We’re Looking For * Experience as a Sous Chef, Senior Chef de Partie, or Pizza Chef * A background in fresh-food kitchens or pizza-focused restaurants * Confidence working in a fast-paced service environment * Strong organisation and kitchen leadership skills * A real passion for quality food and consistency What’s on Offer * Full-time role 40 hours per week * Stable rota and supportive kitchen team * Opportunity to work with fresh dough and quality ingredients in a busy, well-run kitchen If you enjoy high-energy kitchens, fresh food, and pizza service, we’d love to hear from you
