We are proud to be working with a progressive secondary school in Northampton, currently looking to appoint a dedicated Spanish Teacher to join their Modern Foreign Languages team. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a school that values languages and actively supports staff development.
The Role
Teach Spanish across KS3 and KS4, with potential involvement at KS5
Create engaging lessons that build confidence in speaking, listening, reading, and writing
Incorporate cultural understanding and global awareness into teaching
Differentiate lessons to support a wide range of learning needs
Play an active role in departmental planning, assessment, and enrichment opportunities
The Ideal Candidate
Holds QTS/QTLS (or equivalent) in MFL
Experienced or confident in teaching GCSE Spanish
Energetic, innovative, and able to engage learners effectively
Dedicated to maintaining strong classroom standards
Open to both experienced teachers and ECTs seeking guidance and growth
