At Peabody, we help vulnerable people live safely and independently. We're looking for a Specialist Housing Officer - Agency Managed to oversee housing services delivered by partner organisations and ensure residents receive an excellent service.
The Role
You'll:
* Monitor the performance of managing agents and support providers
* Build strong relationships with residents and partners
* Carry out inspections, audits and compliance checks
* Manage tenancy, property and repair issues
* Help create safe, well-managed communities
About You
You'll have:
* Experience in housing management, supported housing or a similar customer-facing role
* Knowledge of housing legislation and good practice
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
* Experience managing partner or contractor performance
* A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
