Spray Finisher
Location: Aston, B47
Pay: £12.71 per hour
Hours: 40 hours per week (8‑hour shifts)
Monday–Thursday: 7:00am – 15:30pm
Friday: 6:00am – 14:30pm

A fast‑growing manufacturer of high‑quality MDF skirting, architraves and architectural mouldings who need a skilled Manual Spray Finisher to join the finishing team.
In this hands‑on role, you’ll manually spray a wide range of MDF products, from standard skirting boards to bespoke mouldings and special‑order finishes. Working in a spray booth with Wagner spray guns, you’ll apply primers, base coats, top coats and custom finishes to a consistently high factory standard.
Full training will be provided on our internal processes, but previous manual spraying experience (MDF, wood or industrial finishing) is strongly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare MDF mouldings for spraying (sanding, masking, filling, cleaning)
Manually apply primers, undercoats, top coats and specialist finishes
Produce smooth, even and high‑quality finishes on both standard and bespoke items
Inspect completed work and perform any necessary touch‑ups
Maintain a clean, tidy and safe spray booth
Meet daily production targets without compromising quality
Follow all Health & Safety procedures, including correct PPE useWhat We’re Looking For
Enthusiastic and reliable, with strong attention to detail
Experience in manual spraying (MDF/wood/industrial finishing ideal)
Ability to maintain high standards when working at pace
Willingness to learn new techniques and adapt to different finishes
Good communication and organisational skills
Able to work independently and within a small team
Physically fit and capable of handling long MDF boards
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
