We are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established, family-run nursing home in Banbury for a dedicated and compassionate Staff Nurse to join their growing team.

The Role
* Permanent position – 36 hours per week
* Flexible shift pattern covering both days and nights
* 12-hour shifts (8:00am - 8:00pm / 8:00pm - 8:00am)
* Deliver high-quality, person-centred nursing care
* Administer medications and maintain accurate clinical records
* Work closely with residents, families and the wider multidisciplinary team
* Support the delivery of safe and effective care across the home

* Family-run nursing home
* Caring for up to 50 residents

* Supportive and stable management team
Package
* £21.50 per hour

About You
* Registered Nurse (RGN, RMN or RNLD) with an active NMC PIN
* Passionate about delivering outstanding care
* Strong clinical and communication skills
* Previous nursing home experience is desirable but not essential
* Flexible to work both day and night shifts
