Staff Nurse RGN

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Staff Nurse- RGN to join a friendly and supportive nursing home team.

The Role for Staff Nurse- RGN

* Staff Nurse position within a nursing home environment

* Day and night shifts available

* Candidates must be flexible regarding working hours

* Providing high-quality, person-centred nursing care to residents

* Working closely with the wider care and nursing team

* Maintaining accurate clinical records and documentation

* Supporting residents with their individual care needs

About You

The successful Staff Nurse- RGN will have:

* Valid NMC PIN – essential

* Previous experience working as a nurse within a nursing home or care home – essential

* Good knowledge of elderly care and person-centred care

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

* A caring, professional and reliable approach

* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

* Flexibility to work day and night shifts

Important

A valid NMC PIN and previous nursing home experience are essential for this position.
