Stairlift Engineer

We are looking for a technical minded, self motivated and enthusiastic individual who can demonstrate a high standard of workmanship with minimum supervision to join one of our clients as a stairlift installation engineer. To install, service and repair a variety of stairlifts and similar equipment in the Hertfordshire/North West London are.

The Stairlift Installation Engineer Role:

Install new straight and curved stairlift equipment.
Complete mechanical and electrical installation work to a high standard.
Read and work accurately from technical drawings, wiring diagrams and installation specifications.
Carry out testing, adjustments and commissioning before handover.
Ensure all work complies with relevant safety standards, regulations and company procedures.
Liaise professionally with customers, project teams and other engineers.
Maintain excellent standards of workmanship, organisation and site safety.
Provide a professional, customer-focused service when working in customers’ homes.
Explain the safe operation and use of stairlift equipment following installation or servicing.

Basic salary based on experience plus overtime and standby call out rate.
