A brand-new opportunity for an experienced Air Conditioning Engineer to join a team in Battersea. This is a site-based position working on a large mixed-use residential development.
This is a client-facing position where you will take full ownership of the site’s air conditioning assets, primarily Daikin systems. You will be part of a dedicated three-person team responsible for delivering the full M&E scope on site.
Package
* Salary: £50,000
* 23 days annual leave + bank holidays
* No call out

Job description
* Take ownership of all AC systems on site, mainly Daikin equipment
* Service, maintain, and fault-find on VRF/VRV systems, indoor evaporators, and associated assets
* Use Daikin service checkers effectively
* Diagnose and resolve faults efficiently and within required timeframes
* Communicate clearly with clients in a professional, customer-facing role
* Produce detailed and concise service and investigation reports
* Develop quotations using the ESL supply chain
Requirements
* Proven experience working with Daikin AC systems
* Strong knowledge of VRF/VRV systems and associated plant
* Excellent fault-finding and problem-solving skills
* Good communication skills and ability to work in a client-facing role
* Experience in reporting and quotation development
