We are looking for an experienced Steel Fixer / Cage Builder to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the assembly and construction of reinforcement cages for a range of precast and construction projects.

Duties & Responsibilities
Build reinforcement steel cages to detailed drawings and specifications.
Measure, cut, bend, and tie reinforcement steel.
Assemble column, beam, pile, wall, and foundation cages.
Ensure cages are built accurately and within production deadlines.
Read and interpret reinforcement drawings and bar schedules.
Carry out quality checks to ensure work meets required standards.
Maintain a safe and tidy work area.
Work effectively as part of a fabrication and production team.
Requirements
Previous experience building reinforcement cages.
Ability to read and understand steel fixing drawings and schedules.
Skilled in tying steel reinforcement and assembling cages accurately.
Good attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently when required.
CSCS card advantageous but not essential (depending on workplace).
