Major Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Steel Warehouse Operative to join a well-established and busy manufacturing site based in Dudley This is a great opportunity for individuals seeking a stable, full-time role with the potential to secure a permanent contract. Job Details Location: Dudley Pay Rate: £12.58 per hour (Morning/Afternoon shifts) £13.58 per hour (Night shifts) Contract: Temp to Perm Shift Pattern: Rotating shifts (Monday to Friday): 6:00am - 2:00pm 2:00pm - 10:00pm 10:00pm - 6:00am ⚠️ Candidates must be able to work all three rotating shift patterns. Key Responsibilities Safely handling and moving steel tube bundles within the warehouse Operating overhead cranes and lifting equipment Loading and unloading deliveries and outgoing orders Picking, preparing, and dispatching customer orders Carrying out quality checks on products before storage and dispatch Labelling and tracking stock accurately Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environmentRequirements Previous experience in a Steel industry Overhead crane experience is essential Strong awareness of health & safety practices Good attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work as part of a team Basic computer skills Flexible and reliable with a willingness to work rotating shifts What We're Looking For Hardworking and dependable individuals A proactive attitude and willingness to learn Good communication and teamwork skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Why Apply?
