Stock Condition and EPC Assessor

Stock Condition Surveyor & DEA Assessor 9+ months contract Portsmouth & Southampton £50 per survey (can do 6+ surveys a day) 3D Personnel are looking for Stock Condition Surveyors that can also do DEA/EPC Assessments on Houses and Flats in Portsmouth and Southampton. 3D Personnel are working with a large property surveying consultancy who have a project in Portsmouth and Southampton to survey and assess over 9000 properties before September 2026. The role will be to report on the condition of properties and assess repairs as well as conduct a Domestic Energy Assessment (DEA) report. You will be in control of managing your workload and ideally conducting a minimum of 30 surveys per week. You can work as many days as you wish (most surveyors working 4 days per week, conducting 30+ surveys) All additional training will be provided This role will suit anyone from a construction / retrofit / surveying / housing association / voids & repairs / maintenance background You will be paid: £50 per survey on a house £40 per survey on a flat Contact Tim Carr at 3D Personnel for more information
