I’d Love to see CVs from anyone who has worked as a Stock Condition Surveyor/Damp and Mould Surveyor within social housing.
As a Stock Condition Surveyor you will be:
Conducting stock condition surveys on tenanted and non-tenanted properties
Schedule and coordinate day-to-day repair work.
Identify the root cause of maintenance issues
Identifying hazards, damp and mould issues and property condition defects
Conduct minimum 30 surveys per weekI’d love to speak to anyone who has:
Experience in diagnosing repairs and undertaking stock condition surveys to residential properties
Ability to work at pace and adapt to change
Experience within social housing
Knowledge and is up to date with HHSRS and Awaab's Law The interim role is offering:
5 month contract
Weekly pay Via Umbrella
The role is offering a competitive hourly rate of £33.60 per survey
