Key Responsibilities
* Lead, coach and develop a motivated team to deliver exceptional service and strong commercial results.
* Drive sales performance through effective KPI management and daily floor leadership.
* Maintain impeccable store standards, visual presentation and operational excellence.
* Create a positive, inclusive and collaborative team culture.
* Oversee recruitment, onboarding, training and ongoing staff development.
* Manage stock levels, replenishment, deliveries and store operations.
* Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and health & safety standards.
* Represent the brand values through confident leadership, communication and customer engagement.
About You
* Previous experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager within fashion, accessories or beauty retail.
* Proven track record of driving sales, achieving KPIs and elevating customer experience.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, empower and develop a team.
* Customer-centric mindset with a natural ability to build rapport and create loyalty.
* Excellent organisational, operational and problem-solving skills.
* Leads from the front, sets the tone and creates a high-energy environment.
* Flexible to work weekends, evenings and peak trading periods.
