We're looking for an energetic and hands-on Store Manager to lead a busy retail food locations. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced manager who enjoys developing people, driving commercial performance, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
As Store Manager, you'll have full responsibility for the day-to-day operation of the store, leading your team to achieve sales targets, maintain high standards, and create a positive environment for both customers and colleagues.
What You'll Be Doing
* Leading, motivating, and developing a high-performing store team.
* Recruiting, training, and retaining talented team members.
* Driving sales, profitability, and operational performance.
* Managing stock, margins, and labour costs to achieve business targets.
* Delivering outstanding customer service and quality standards.
* Ensuring compliance with Food Safety, Health & Safety, COSHH, and company procedures.
* Maintaining exceptional store presentation, cleanliness, and operational standards.
* Managing shift planning and day-to-day store operations.
* Acting as a role model and creating a positive team culture.
What I'm Looking For
* Previous management experience within a fast-paced food retail, hospitality, or retail environment.
* Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop teams.
* Strong commercial awareness with experience delivering sales and profit targets.
* Excellent communication and people management skills.
* A hands-on leadership style and willingness to lead from the front.
* Good IT skills, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
* Food Safety Level 2 qualification as a minimum (Level 3 desirable).
