The Stores Manager / Onsite Manager / Internal Sales Executive will have previous experience in internal sales, trade counter, or customer-facing roles within an engineering or industrial environment, with exposure to hydraulics, fluid power products.

Handle inbound customer enquiries via phone, email, and in person, ensuring a high level of service.
Support walk-in customers within a workshop/trade counter environment, advising on hydraulic components and solutions.
Generate accurate quotations and process customer orders promptly.
Manage and develop existing customer accounts, building strong, long-term relationships.
Identify and source hydraulic components, liaising with suppliers to obtain pricing and availability.
Provide technical support and product guidance on hydraulic parts and applications.

Previous experience in internal sales, trade counter, or customer service within an engineering or industrial environment.
Expereince within the hydraulics or fluid power industry.
Experience with quotations, order processing, and account management is beneficial.
Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.
Commercial awareness, including pricing and margin management.
Must be commutable to Braintree
