Job Title: Stores Operative

Job Type: Temp to Perm

Location: Abingdon

Hours: Monday to Friday 9am - 5:30pm (40 Hours)

Hourly Rate: £17.30ph - £18.27ph

Responsibilities of the Stores Operative:

Keep the goods in/out area organised, tidy, and running smoothly
Operating of forklifts to move goods throughout the warehouse
Handle all goods-in to the building, conducting inspections where required and ensuring they are delivered to the right person or department in a timely manner
Pack products according to the packing specification ensuring any relevant paperwork is updated

Essentials for the Stores Operative:

Forklift licence is essential - counterbalance
Strong organisational and communication skills
Computer literate
Picking and packing products

Desirable for the Stores Operative:

Experience in high value manufacturing.
Willingness to work flexible hours if needed.
