Job Title: Stores Operative  Job Type: Temp to Perm  Location: Abingdon Hours: Monday to Friday 9am - 5:30pm (40 Hours)  Hourly Rate: £17.30ph - £18.27ph Responsibilities of the Stores Operative: Keep the goods in/out area organised, tidy, and running smoothly, Handle all goods-in to the building, conducting inspections where required and ensuring they are delivered to the right person or department in a timely manner Pack products according to the packing specification ensuring any relevant paperwork is updated  Arrange shipments, including preparing necessary paperwork, delivery notes and labelling Monitor and maintain the inventory in the goods-out area  Working closely with engineers  Essentials for the Stores Operative:  Proven experience in a logistics or warehousing role. Strong organisational and communication skills  Willingness to support Engineering and Operations staff  Ability to prioritise tasks effectively and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with health and safety regulations in logistics operations.  Desirable for the Stores Operative:  Experience in high value manufacturing. Willingness to work flexible hours if needed.
