Strip Fitter - Nights

Kolt Recruitment is looking for a night strip fitter for a modern accident repair centre in Witham. an excAnlent opportunity has arisen for an experienced night strip fitter to join a busy, well-equipped accident repair centre in witham. this role suits someone confident working in a fast-paced environment, stripping damaged vehicles efficiently and supporting the workshop team to hit turnaround targets.
key responsibilities

* strip and remove damaged panels, trims, bumpers, lights, interiors and mechanical components as required

* identify additional damage during strip process and report accurately to estimators/management

* organise and label removed parts to support smooth refit and build stages

* work closely with panel and paint teams to keep repairs moving efficiently

* ensure all work is completed to high standards and within manufacturer guidelines

* maintain a clean and safe working environment, following all site h&s procedures

requirements

* previous experience as a strip fitter / strip and refit technician in an accident repair centre

* confident working on a variety of makes and models

* ability to work independently on night shift with minimal supervision

* strong attention to detail and excellent time management

* full uk driving licence
