We have an exceptional opportunity for a Chartered Structural Engineer seeking a strategic career move where you can demonstrate your talents and help drive this firm to the next level.

Our client, an established multidisciplinary engineering consultancy, is looking for a dynamic, motivational leader and proven work winner to play a key role in the growth and success of their Cambridge office.

Responsibilities:

Lead and grow the structural engineering division, successfully delivering building structures projects
Drive business development, building strong client relationships and securing new work
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing structural engineering team
Collaborate with other disciplines to deliver integrated project solutions
Ensure technical excellence, innovation, and compliance with industry standards

Requirements:

Degree in structural engineering and Chartered status
Proven experience in a leadership role
Strong technical expertise in building structures design and delivery
Demonstrated success in winning work and developing client relationships
Commercial awareness, leadership ability, and excellent communication skills
Interest in equity partnership
