We are currently looking for a Student Recruitment Coordinator to join our vibrant and busy team in Enschede. This is your chance to be at the centre of exciting educational journeys, supporting students from initial enquiry right through to enrolment, and making a real impact in the world of international education.
Hours of Work: Full time, 1-year fixed term contract with potential for extension based on business needs.
The Student Recruitment Coordinator will play a pivotal role in supporting international student recruitment efforts, ensuring a seamless experience for prospective students. You will manage communications, organise events, and collaborate closely with admissions, marketing, and international teams to optimise engagement and conversion. Using CRM systems and data insights, you will help improve recruitment strategies and contribute to achieving recruitment targets across key international markets.
Requirements:
* Relevant HBO (University of Applied Sciences) degree or equivalent, preferably in Marketing, Communications, or Business
* 2–3 years’ experience in student recruitment, admissions, or a customer-focused environment
* Experience working with CRM systems and managing customer journeys effectively
* Eligible to work in the Netherlands
* Based in or near Enschede
