Student Teaching Assistants

We have a range of hourly and daily bookings available that can fit around your studies. Typical school hours are 8:00am – 3:30pm, with additional opportunities in breakfast clubs and after-school clubs.

A proactive attitude and willingness to use your initiative
Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships
A genuine interest in working with children and young people
No prior experience is required - we’re looking for the right attitude and enthusiasm to learn.
The role:
Supporting students in primary, secondary, and SEND schools
Opportunities for 1:1 support roles, including working with children with SEND
Gaining hands-on classroom experience
Flexibility & location:
Work available across Leicestershire (access to transport is beneficial)
Manage your bookings through our TP App, where you can receive updates and keep your availability up to date

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
